A native of Bloomsburg, Lynn graduated from Bloomsburg High School and attended Bloomsburg University. He has operated his local Financial Planning office since 1983. Lynn worked with the broker dealer firm of Trustmont Financial Group, Inc. which has been in business since 1986.
He has been married to his wife, Sally, for over 40 years and has two grown children, Amanda Appelman and Alissa Conklin. He is also the proud Poppy of six grandchildren. He is a member of the non-profit organization Pheasants Forever and is involved his church.
